What is a Life Coach?

 

A life coach is someone who aims to help & empower you to be the best person you can be. Coaching can help with many areas of your life, including your career, relationship, general happiness, & achieving your goals.


 

What happens during a coaching session?

 

Sessions are generally 60 minutes long & can be conducted in your home, via email, Skype, or phone.

I will ask you questions to explore what areas of your life you are unhappy with, & where you would like to be. I will work with you to achieve your goals, steering you in the right direction & challenging you to try new things that are beneficial for your future. Any decisions you make will be your own, I will not force you to do anything you do not want to do, the aim of life coaching is for you to find the resources within yourself to reach your goals. Sessions are strictly confidential, anything said during a session remains between coach & client.


 

What can a Life Coach help me with?

 

I can help you with a number of areas in your life. Here are just a few examples;

  • Relationships

    • Do you wish you had the confidence to approach someone you like?

    • Are you struggling with a divorce?

    • Do you struggle with commitment?

  • Career

    • Do you need to work on your leadership skills?

    • Are you unsure of where to go next in your career?

    • Do you feel stressed from working too hard?

    • Do you want to achieve more in your life?

How many sessions will I need?

 

You can have as many or as few as you like, you are not tied in to a contract. I do however recommend around 6 sessions to enable us to work together effectively to reach your goal. Some clients have 1 session per week, others have 1 every month. It is entirely up to you & how you can fit the sessions around your schedule.
